Sells fuel legally by the gallon
The S1 is an electronic dispenser with U.S. Weights & Measures approval for avgas and jet fuel. Selling fuel by the gallon takes a certified meter; a non-metered transfer pump doesn't qualify.
Big-dispenser guts, small footprint
Same electronics, displays and positive-displacement meter as Wayne's full-size retail dispensers, in a cabinet about 30" tall. Common parts mean service techs and spares are available nationwide.
Mounted right on the system
No island, no pedestal, no containment pan. The dispenser mounts on the SmartTank system at a comfortable, ADA-friendly working height, fed by the submersible pump in the tank.

- 3/4 HP submersible turbine pump in the tank
- Schedule 10 stainless steel product piping with rigid couplings, siphon check valve and anti-siphon port
- Emergency shear valve at the dispenser
- Wayne Select S1 weights & measures dispenser with internal filter, 22 GPM rated (about 15 GPM through the aviation hose)
- Two filter housings with differential pressure gauges and sight glasses
- Water detection probe system that stops the pump when water shows up
- Stainless spring hose reel with 50 ft of certified 1" aircraft fueling hose and overwing nozzle
- Spring-rewind static ground reel with 75 ft cable
- Technician labor for the dispensing equipment

Wayne Select S1 features
Easy to read
Bright LED-lit product ID and bezel, large backlit LCD that stays visible for about 15 minutes after a power loss, warning indicators for error codes, and a non-resettable electromechanical totalizer.
Accurate metering
Two-piston positive-displacement iMeter with integral pulser. No external moving parts, fluorosilicone seals for aggressive fuels and cold, and electronic calibration.
Controlled flow
Proportional 7/8" flow-control valve, programmable for a maximum flow rate, with a strainer and 10-micron filter on the meter inlet.
Built for outdoors
Heavy-gauge galvannealed steel panels, powder-coated, with removable doors. Optional heater for the electronics in cold climates.
Easy to service
Infrared hand-held remote reads totals, runs diagnostics and sets up the dispenser without opening the cabinet. Tool-free latching fluid connections.
Connects to fuel management
Wayne serial protocol or optional pulse output connects the S1 to popular fleet fuel control and point-of-sale systems.
